A phone system is arguably one of the most important aspects of a business. But as an organisation expands, so do their communication needs. A more robust phone system adds new calling functionality and many now offer mobility options for employees on the go.
OneBell works with EE, one of the top-rated mobile network operators in the UK with great coverage and flexible plans for small businesses. Here’s how billing typically works for business phone contracts.
Your First Bill
Your first phone bill will arrive around a week after joining EE, and covers the cost of your plan and any additional services you have added. This includes any add-ons and charges for devices you purchased with the plan.
Your Monthly Bills
Your bill date is when your payment is due and is also the day your plan’s monthly allowances refresh. You can keep track of the allowances on your account by creating an account with My EE and logging in. You can also text AL to 150 from your EE phone.
Login to your My EE account to find out when your payment is due. You’ll receive a text or email to let you know when your bill is ready to view. You can also request paper bills to be sent by post, although there’s a small charge.
Paying by Direct Debit
The easiest way to pay your EE bill is through Direct Debit. With this option, the amount you owe is automatically deducted from a linked bank account. Login to your My EE account and fill in the Direct Debit form to enable this option. You can also pay by credit or debit card by logging into your account or using the My EE app.
As an EE authorised stockist, One Bell supplies mobile devices and business phone contracts to fit the needs of your organisation. We can also help existing EE customers upgrade their current plans or move from another network.
